Role Description
Support & Troubleshooting
Provide day-to-day support to users by resolving technical issues related to Dynamics 365 F&O.
Troubleshoot and escalate issues as necessary to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
Handle incident and service requests in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
System Configuration & Maintenance
Assist in configuring and maintaining modules within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Project Operations (including Finance Supply Chain and Human Resources).
Perform regular system checks updates and optimizations to ensure peak system performance.
System Enhancements & Process Improvement
Assist in designing testing and implementing new features functionalities or integrations within Dynamics 365 F&O.
Collaborate with developers and technical teams to support system customizations and integrations.
Version Upgrades & Patches
Support system upgrades patches and new releases of Dynamics 365 F&O.
Ensure minimal business disruption and smooth transitions during upgrade processes.
Compliance & Security
Ensure implementation of security protocols and adherence to compliance standards and financial regulations within the system.
