Job Description
An initial virtual interview via Teams with video-enabled will be conducted. Follow-up in-person interview may also be conducted.
Compliant PATCH background check will be required for the candidate selected to fill this position.
Pennsylvania Treasury is looking for a Functional/Technical Consultant to work with the PeopleSoft Development and Human Resources teams to implement the Absence Management module and integrate it with the existing Payroll system.
Requirements- 5 years of experience as PeopleSoft Functional/Technical consultant implementing Absence Management and Payroll.
- Strong understanding of Fluid user interfaces for the PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM modules HR Payroll and Absence Management.
- Design develop and support application solutions to meet client requirements.
- Translate end-user requirements into PeopleSoft-specific configurations and identify required customizations.
- Provide technical support in design development testing and deployment of PeopleSoft applications.
- Review and recommend improvements to current PeopleSoft processes.
- Maintain project technical documentation for management review.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support for business users.
- Document defects identified during testing work with application development teams to resolve them and retest the defects until resolved.
- Strong skills in SQL scripting desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving abilities.
