The Amazon Selling Partner API Services team is hiring for an experienced Risk Program Manager to drive and enhance compliance with program policy requirements to mitigate Selling Partner API (SP-API) related Selling Partner and Developer risk.
This position will play an integral role in ensuring the auditing / assessment systems are accurate reviewing data analytics to make informed decisions and provide feedback to strengthen policies across a global team.
The Risk Program Manager will work closely with Selling Partners Third-Party Developers and Global Partner teams as well as Legal Counsel Solutions Architects and Tech teams to develop and support the continuous improvement of auditing tools and resources.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and continuously improve a global SP-API auditing / assessment program with collective feedback from cross-functional stakeholders.
- Apply process improvement and risk-mitigation methodologies.
- Maintain a strong understanding of best in class risk and control principles and regulatory expectations.
- Identify track and report key risk indicators.
- Work closely with internal tech development teams to improve customer experience of internal/external auditing tools and resources.
- Work with 3rd party assessment / auditing firms for conducting external audits / assessments.
- Develop integrate and implement standardized tech and risk solutions to increase compliance while reducing burden on associate workload.
- Improve integrator experience with our program through webinars onsite seminars improved communication and operational planning
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Experience handling confidential information
- Experience in compliance program management legal governance audit risk/loss prevention or equivalent
- Professional auditing qualification or similar risk or compliance credentials
- Experience with SQL and Excel
- Experience in program requirements definition together with data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements
