Amazon is seeking a Recommerce Manager to lead our operations. This role will focus on process optimization stakeholder management and sustainable operations ensuring operational excellence in our recommerce team
Key job responsibilities
Own end-to-end reverse logistics processes for supplies and packages;
Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives ;
Manage cross-functional relationships and stakeholder expectations;
Monitor and report on key performance metrics;
Lead continuous improvement projects.

Lead operational meetings;
Monitor process performance;
Engage with stakeholders;
Review and optimize workflows;
Coordinate with cross-functional teams;
Analyze performance data;
Drive improvement initiatives.
- Bachelors degree;
- Program or project management experience;
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams;
- Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics;
- Supply chain experience;
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. pivot tables & charts multiple criteria lookups nested logical/IF formulas data cleansing array formulas etc.);
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements;
- Advanced English.
- Experience driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership;
- Experience driving process improvements;
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization;
- Experience building processes project management and schedules.
