This is a pivotal leadership role suited for a hospitality professional ready to take the next step in their career. You will be the face of the hotel during your shift ensuring smooth operations and delivering memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the Front Office team to maintain high service standards and a welcoming guest experience.
- Provide hands-on training and ongoing support to ensure team members thrive in their roles.
- Respond to guest inquiries concerns and feedback with professionalism and a focus on timely effective resolution.
- Encourage clear communication and teamwork across all departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Champion a culture of safety wellbeing and alignment with Accors values.
- Assist with the recruitment onboarding and continued development of Front Office staff.

What Were Looking For:
- Demonstrated front office supervisory or Duty Manager experience in a hotel or resort environment with a passion for hospitality and guest serviceĀ
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connect effortlessly with guests and team members.
- Clear and confident communicator adept at resolving issues negotiating outcomes and fostering positive relationships.
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS (highly regarded)
- Flexible and adaptable with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work a rotating roster including evenings weekends and public holidays.
