We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Client Relationship Representative to join our Atlanta team. This role is central to maintaining and expanding our client relationships. You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively while promoting our services.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Understand client goals and provide strategic guidance to ensure satisfaction
Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored service solutions
Track client engagement metrics and report feedback to leadership
Attend client meetings presentations and networking events as needed
Resolve client concerns with professionalism and urgency
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field preferred
1-3 years of experience in client services account management or customer-facing roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
Proactive organized and results-driven
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
