Position Overview:
We are looking for a Vending Machine Technician to install maintain repair and service vending machines and related equipment at various client sites. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined customer-service oriented and capable of troubleshooting a variety of electrical and mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Install service and repair vending machines coolers and related equipment.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure proper machine operation.
Diagnose and resolve electrical mechanical and software malfunctions.
Refill machines as needed and ensure machines are clean and operational.
Maintain accurate service records and reports.
Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
Communicate effectively with route drivers clients and dispatch team.
Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus).
Previous experience in vending machine repair HVAC or general maintenance preferred.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Valid driver s license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a variety of environments.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
