Job Description

We are currently seeking Inspector/Packers with the following qualifications:
Professional Attributes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow standardized work instructions and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
- Ability to check parts for quality defects such as cracks and chip outs.
- Ability to trim and inspect parts as needed by customer specifications.
- Ability to count organize and package parts per requirements.
- Ability to properly complete all shift paperwork per work instructions.
- Ability to communicate all part defects or problems regarding production issues to Lead Technician and/or Supervisor.
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Positive outlook while working through obstacles
- Self-starter high level of initiative
- Good communication skills written verbal active listening
