Job Description
- Monitor and operate manufacturing equipment according to documented procedures and maintain operational logbooks
- Provide technicians with information about equipment failures as needed
- Assist with Preventative Maintenance (PM) following procedures
- Support material handling and ensure segregation of materials lots and receiving numbers
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Adhere to and demonstrate compliance with all company and department standard operating procedures including GMP device history record hazard communication and safety rules
- Utilize written procedures and training for assigned tasks
- Accept full accountability for product quality
- Report unresolved problems to supervisor or management
- Maintain complete and accurate records of work-in-process component inventories and related documentation
- Operate manufacturing equipment under supervision following established specifications SOPs and work instructions
- Demonstrate ongoing learning of all equipment and jobs in assigned area
- Follow supervisors instructions and observe the quality of raw and finished goods throughout production
