Champion Physical Therapy is seeking an analytical detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Support Specialist to bolster our administrative and clinical operations. This role is central to ensuring accurate data management supporting operational integrity and enabling our team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain high-quality data within electronic systems including patient demographics treatment details appointment information billing codes and clinical notes.
Validate and reconcile data from multiple sources identifying and resolving inconsistencies or inaccuracies to uphold data integrity.
Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to gather information clarify records and resolve ambiguous or incomplete data points.
Generate compile and format regular reports and summaries that support operational decision-making compliance reviews and internal audits.
Assist in designing and maintaining database structures templates and documentation to support efficient data workflows.
Monitor data submission timelines and completeness following up proactively with team members when missing or delayed data is identified.
Support process improvement efforts by suggesting enhancements to data collection entry validation and reporting workflows.
Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards and regulatory guidelines governing patient data and clinical documentation.
Requirements
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a proven ability to manage complex data efficiently.
Comfortable navigating digital systems proficient in spreadsheet tools data platforms and reporting software.
Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset capable of working effectively with clinical administrative and support staff.
Demonstrated discretion professionalism and reliability when handling sensitive healthcare information.
Prior experience in data management healthcare administration or a related field is advantageous though attention to detail and a proactive approach are equally valued.
Ability to prioritize tasks manage time effectively and adapt to changing needs in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Licensed Physical Therapist (required) with a proven track record of leadership in outpatient rehabilitation or multisite program management. At least 5 7 years of clinical experience, including supervisory or program development responsibilities. Excellent clinical, operational, and analytical skills; capable of interpreting data and making data-driven decisions. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. Familiarity with rehab documentation, quality assurance practices, and regulatory standards. Strategic mindset with the ability to inspire clinical teams and drive continuous program improvement.
