The Enterprise Applications Integrations (EAI) Specialist is an integrations engineering role within the Office of Innovation and Technology. Working under the Technical Program Manager for Shared Services this role endeavors to connect various applications across the City to the designated platform. The specialist ensures that these connections ease access to assigned platforms thus increasing adoption and improving customer satisfaction with City services and serves as a front line of support throughout the integration process and beyond.
To begin with this role will be primarily concerned with KUBRA the citys payment processor but may come to encompass other platforms as time and need allow.
The Integration Specialist will
Documents all integrations and changes made to assigned platforms as needed
Additional/Desirable Skills & Abilities
Experience in state or local government or similar. Experience with nonprofit or education environments may be applicable
Qualifications :
We care more about what you can do than where you learned how to do it. That said a bachelors degree is a good foundation for the work and job-related experience around the competencies above is acceptable as well. The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of experience working within IT with particular preference given to experience with integrations common scripting and programming languages and enterprise-level applications.
Additional Information :
Salary Range: $65000- $85000
