Job Summary
We are seeking an Access Control Specialist to support active construction projects. This role plays a vital part in maintaining safety security and compliance across large job sites. You will be stationed onsite to manage worker access verify credentials and ensure accurate documentation for all personnel entering the project.
Responsibilities:
Register and badge incoming workers according to site requirements
Verify identification and credentials for all personnel
Ensure all individuals have valid badges and are properly scanned in
Maintain accurate headcount tracking and documentation logs
Provide support to workers and project teams regarding badging or access issues
Troubleshoot basic technology or system-related access control issues
Assist with light administrative and operational tasks as needed to support the jobsit
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
2 years of customer service experience in fast-paced or high-pressure environments
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with workers and site teams
Valid drivers license
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year of construction or industrial job-site experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint)
Adaptable flexible and able to problem-solve in real time
