Job Summary
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing desserts for dinner guests
- Following recipes and assisting in the development of new recipes
- Following prep list and ensuring all products are fresh before serving
- Ensuring all coolers and storage areas are maintained neat organized and rotated
- Maintaining highest sanitary conditions
- Ensuring all work areas are safe & reporting any unsafe conditions
- Other duties as assigned

- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
