We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team in Houston. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills to manage client inquiries and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact between our company and clients providing exceptional support and service across all communication channels.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls emails and inquiries from customers professionally and efficiently
Resolve customer issues and complaints with a solution-focused approach
Provide accurate information about products services and company policies
Maintain customer records and document interactions using internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and proper resolution of concerns

Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred
2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
