Join the Go-To-Market Platform Engineering team where we build the intelligent systems that power Sales Account Executives and Solution Consultants globally. What you get to do in this role:
- Drive AI-First Testing Transformation: Lead implementation of GenAI testing frameworks using TestGen-LLM Mabl Testim and TOSCA for self-healing automation across CRM CPQ and CLM workflows
- Champion DevSecOps Excellence: Integrate security-first testing (SAST DAST) into CI/CD pipelines while establishing TDD/BDD practices with development teams
- Optimize Now Platform Testing: Design hybrid testing strategies combining ServiceNow ATF with enterprise tools (TOSCA LoadRunner JMeter) for comprehensive platform validation
- Build High-Performing Teams: Transform traditional testers into modern SDETs through structured development programs establishing clear career progression paths with platform certifications
- Establish Technical Leadership: Partner with STEP org engineers to create standards share knowledge and scale testing excellence across global teams
- Drive OKR-Based Improvements: Lead quarterly objectives focusing on automation coverage release velocity performance standards and AI adoption with measurable business impact
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- 10 years software quality engineering experience with 4 years leading distributed engineering teams in transformational environments
- Deep ServiceNow Platform expertise including ATF Business Rules Script Includes Glide JavaScript and ServiceNow ecosystem knowledge with relevant certifications preferred
- Proven AI/ML testing frameworks experience with hands-on implementation of GenAI tools TOSCA model-based testing and modern DevSecOps practices
- Performance testing mastery using JMeter LoadRunner and comprehensive API contract testing for enterprise-scale applications
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to work across organizational boundaries provide technical thought leadership and drive customer outcomes
- Experience leveraging AI into work processes decision-making and problem-solving to enhance testing effectiveness and team productivity
- Track record of building high-performing SDET teams establishing Center of Excellence practices and delivering measurable improvements in automation and quality
