Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe evidence-based nursing care in wards ICU ER OT and elderly care settings
- Administer medicines and IVs monitor vitals and maintain accurate nursing documentation
- Assist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and support rehabilitation goals
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including doctors physios and therapists
- Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge instructions
- Comply with infection control patient safety and hospital SOPs
- Work in rotational shifts and uphold professional ethics and patient dignity
Requirements
Requirements:
- Nursing or GNM with valid State Nursing Council Registration
- Minimum 1 year of hospital/clinical experience in any department
- Age 22 35 preferred
- Willingness to attend full-time offline German language training (A1 B2) in Bhubaneswar
- Valid Passport (or proof of application) and standard KYC/education documents
- Strong patient communication teamwork and learning mindset
