Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure adherence to project plans.
Review and interpret technical drawings designs and blueprints.
Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and suppliers.
Monitor site progress quality of work and adherence to safety guidelines.
Maintain accurate site reports daily logs and documentation.
Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
Assist in resolving technical/site-related issues during execution.
Ensure effective utilization of manpower materials and equipment.
Report progress and challenges to Project Manager/Engineers.
Support project handover and final documentation.
Requirements
Required Skill Sets
Strong knowledge of construction methods and site management.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in AutoCAD / MS Project / site management tools.
Familiarity with civil mechanical or electrical site execution (depending on industry).
Knowledge of quality control and safety compliance.
Excellent problem-solving analytical and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership communication and team coordination.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
