Job Description
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading teams working on Software Engineering or SRE.
- Strong background in distributed systems block storage and reliability engineering.
- Good understanding of Java Golang and/or Rust programming languages.
- Collaborative skills and can do attitude in problem solving
- Experience with Kubernetes Docker and containerization
- Familiarity with managing large fleets of bare metal servers.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements in storage systems.
- Ability to motivate & lead teams that are spread across geographies.
- Familiar with agile planning & implementation.
- Strong communication skills to share ideas with a technical audience
