RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to generate actionable insights for sales and clients.
- Lead Customer Engagement & Value Creation: Build and nurture strong foundational relationships with key e-commerce customers and stakeholders. Develop a deep understanding of their business priorities and how they connect to the adoption and use of our products
- Utilize Python R Power BI and Tableau for data processing and visualization.
- Collaborate with global teams to refine data quality and mitigate biases.
- Support product development by identifying key analyses and automation opportunities.
- Partner with sales teams to provide data-driven recommendations and enhance client engagement.
- Build compelling presentations by transforming data insights into clear impactful stories.
- Create marketing content to drive product awareness.

You have a strong analytical mindset a passion for data and the ability to translate insights into impactful client solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced global environment and collaborate effectively across teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of experience in e-commerce market intelligence or data analysis.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and logical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Python R Power BI and Tableau.
- Strong problem-solving time management and storytelling skills.
- Experience working with commercial teams and engaging with clients.
- Fluent in English comfortable in an international work environment.
