Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure optimal plant and equipment performance through inspections scheduling and compliance with MHSA.
- Maintain legal engineering records conduct audits and implement corrective actions.
- Manage asset lifecycle planned maintenance and breakdown reporting.
- Control stock levels approve critical spares and manage procurement of engineering parts.
- Ensure compliance with all SHEQ standards and PPE requirements.
- Lead and manage engineering teams including training development and performance management.
- Monitor maintenance quality liaise with process managers and handle client complaints.
Requirements
- Diploma BSc or B-Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) in Mining (including factories).
- 5 years as an Engineer in a plant or mine environment with legal appointment.
- Technical knowledge of coal processing plants and equipment.
- Strong leadership planning financial and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in engineering software and Microsoft Office.
Diploma, BSc, or B-Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) in Mining (including factories). 5 years as an Engineer in a plant or mine environment with legal appointment.
