Our client is a fast-growing insurance company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Investment Strategy Development
Design and implement investment strategies that align with the company s financial objectives and fulfill policyholder commitments.
Perform comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and associated risks.
Portfolio Management
Manage the company s investment portfolio ensuring effective asset allocation and optimal performance.
Continuously monitor portfolio outcomes and make necessary adjustments to achieve financial targets.
Risk Management
Identify evaluate and manage investment risks in accordance with the company s risk tolerance and regulatory standards.
Develop and apply risk mitigation measures to safeguard the company s assets.
Regulatory Compliance
Guarantee that all investment operations adhere to applicable local and international regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership
Lead guide and support the investment team promoting a high-performance culture and ongoing professional development.
Present updates on investment performance strategic initiatives and risk factors to senior leadership the board of directors and relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
Education
A bachelor s degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a closely related discipline is required.
Advanced qualifications such as an MBA or professional certifications like the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation are strongly preferred.
Experience
A minimum of 10 years experience in investment management with at least 5 years serving in a leadership role within the insurance or financial services industry.
Proven ability to develop and implement successful investment strategies.
Skills
Comprehensive understanding of investment concepts asset allocation techniques and portfolio oversight.
Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities with proficiency in interpreting complex financial information.
Exceptional leadership and team supervision skills.
Proficient in communication and presentation with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
