Ensure minimum standards are met at all times in the Event/Banquet areas as per SOPs and hotel policies
Responsible for all Events/ Banqueting service quality and set up and in accordance with the specifications validated by the Sales Manager the Operations and Meetings Manager and customers
Behaves and acts in an exemplary way embodying the brand mindset
Schedule team shifts based on business needs
Maximize business opportunities upset and cost reduction without compromising standards
Optimizes the Meeting with proposals
Applies the brands quality standards (SOP)
Qualifications :
Degree / Diploma or vocational diploma in sales and marketing hospitality management food and beverage or equivalent
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in events organization for trade fairs seminars or congresses in a variety of contexts preferably international
Fluent in English.
