Job Description
As an HR intern you will expand your HR knowledge in a supportive environment. We offer hands-on experience through cross-functional collaboration within the HR department such as Talent Acquisition (TA) as well as HR Business Partner (HRBP).
Requirements
- Support recruitment activities such as job postings candidate outreach interview scheduling assessments and data entry.
- Assist in building and maintaining the candidate database.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure HRBP processes and compliance including but not limited to onboarding employee engagement etc.
- Provide support in HRBP-related tasks and projects as assigned.
- Handle other administrative duties as required by the supervisor.
Qualifications :
- Open to 3rd or 4th year university students.
- Strong interest in Human Resources.
- Available for a 6-month internship (full-time or part-time minimum 4 days/week).
- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets (data processing & analysis) Google Slides Canva etc.
- Customer-oriented proactive attention-to-detail and highly responsible with a friendly and patient attitude.
