Enter and update information into company databases and spreadsheets
Verify data accuracy and completeness before submitting
Organize digital files and ensure data is stored in the correct locations
Perform basic data quality checks and corrections as needed
Follow clear procedures and guidelines for data entry tasks
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Communicate with team members via email or messaging apps as needed
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheets (e.g. Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
Reliable internet connection and a computer
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
