Job Description
About the Job:
We re looking for someone to lead our night sanitation and set-up team. You ll make sure all equipment and work areas are cleaned properly meet food safety standards and are ready for the next day s production.
What You ll Do:
Lead the team that cleans and sanitizes machines tools and work areas.
Make sure cleaning meets company and safety rules.
Get equipment set up and ready for the next shift.
Fix small problems and call maintenance if needed.
Train and supervise your team.
Keep track of cleaning supplies and order more when needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED (college a plus).
1 3 years of sanitation experience in food or beverage manufacturing.
1 year in a lead role.
Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of cleaning systems.
Good communication and leadership skills.
