Job Description
Job Summary (List Format) Adobe Cloud SME Specialist
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service supporting the Authoritys airport websites and digital channels.
- Manage maintain and optimize the Adobe CMS platform to ensure operational excellence and consistent content standards.
- Assist vendors and partners in implementing new code content and enhancements within the Adobe Cloud environment.
- Perform hands-on coding and website launches using Java ReactJS ES6 HTML JavaScript and CSS.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure the Adobe environment meets agency standards.
- Work with Adobe support and analytics teams to audit performance implement improvements and measure customized site experiences.
- Debug troubleshoot and resolve technical configuration and integration issues within AEM Cloud.
- Develop and manage processes for code change requests and maintain a backlog of development issues and requests.
- Implement tracking and auditing measures for content issues such as expired content and broken links.
- Identify content gaps and opportunities to enhance web publishing and support SEO initiatives.
- Provide general tactical support for SEO including inputting meta titles and descriptions.
- Collaborate closely with content owners and subject matter experts to publish and optimize content that aligns with business objectives.
- Occasionally support initiatives during off-hours as needed.
- Deliver against website optimization strategies and customized user experiences across digital touchpoints.
- Communicate effectively with business partners contractors and staff across multiple departments.
