As a new-age staffing company we prioritize and place HCPs in work opportunities where their healthcare delivery is valued.
Duties: Provide autonomous sideline coverage for a variety of high school sporting events within EMT scope of practice including but not limited to:
- Emergency response to cardiac situations
- Evaluation and intervention of concussions in accordance with state licensure laws
- Monitoring and intervention of heat-related illness
- Evaluation & treatment of skin abrasions wounds and other topical conditions
- Evaluation and treatment of soft tissue musculoskeletal injuries
- Document patient information accurately and timely
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to interact with patients effectively families and athletic team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and patient care activities
- Physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with patient mobility
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
