Email/Chat Support Specialist

Location: United States (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through email and chat

- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner

- Review and complete customer orders ensuring all information is accurate

- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot technical or product-related problems

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to accurately and confidently answer customer questions

- Strive for first-contact resolution to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

- Use data and feedback to identify areas of improvement and provide suggestions to enhance our customer support processes


Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent bachelor s degree preferred

- Proven experience in a customer service role preferably in an online or call center environment

- Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Experience with CRM and helpdesk software is a plus
