A small community hospital located just outside La Crosse Wisconsin is seeking a full-time permanent Director of Nursing to join their team!

The Director of Nursing Job Opportunity:

Full-time direct hire opportunity
Mon-Fri schedule may require nights or weekends

The Director of Nursing will provide leadership planning coordination and guidance for our organization s nursing operations. They are responsible for overseeing patient care management resource allocation and fiscal oversight ensuring the delivery of high-quality care across all nursing services. This position will oversee all acute care units GI Infusion and case management.

The Director of Nursing Minimum Qualifications:

Must possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). A Master s degree in Nursing Healthcare Administration or a related field is strongly preferred
Must have active RN License
Must have at least 5 years of previous nursing experience
Preferable to have at least 3 years of nursing leadership experience
