Requirements

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Salesforce (Sales & Service Cloud) and exposure to development and scalable design thinking. This role supports technology delivery teams in a financial services environment and requires a mix of business analysis Salesforce platform understanding and agile team collaboration. The ideal candidate will be proactive detail-oriented and capable of bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams gathering and clarifying functional and non-functional requirements.

  • Write clear concise and actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria in Agile environments.

  • Analyze manage and help clean up technical debt in a legacy Salesforce org.

  • Lead requirement elicitation sessions workshops and meetings with key stakeholders and product owners.

  • Design and recommend scalable Salesforce configurations including workflows validation rules and automation flows (Process Builder Flow etc.).

  • Work with Salesforce developers QA and product owners to ensure requirements are implemented and tested appropriately.

  • Maintain thorough documentation for requirements design decisions and change requests.

  • Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices platform limits and data model design.

  • Support delivery tracking and sprint activities in Agile/Scrum methodology.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with JIRA Confluence and Agile project tracking tools

  • Exposure to Salesforce Lightning Experience custom components and AppExchange packages

  • Basic understanding of APIs integration architecture and REST/SOAP services

  • Financial industry certifications or experience in wealth management banking or insurance systems

  • Highly collaborative and team-oriented

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment

  • Customer-focused with attention to detail


Work Schedule:

  • Candidate must be available to work Eastern Time Zone hours regardless of location
