Proposed Roles

Key Responsibilities

Workday Payroll (US) Support lead additional experience is time & absence preferred

Provide subject matter expertise in respective business process area
Work on relevant functional incidents
Work with Pima County business leads to understand user stories in the backlog and lead corresponding functional design & testing for enhancements
Update service management (ticketing) system with progress on incidents
Ensure compliance with respective business process standards and regulations
Support release management processes
