Job Description
Job Title: Recruiter

Location: New York NY (Hybrid - Onsite Events Required)
Field: Healthcare Sales
We are seeking a skilled Temporary Recruiter to join our health plan team in New York City. This hybrid role involves sourcing and screening candidates conducting first-round interviews and scheduling meetings with hiring leaders as well as occasional onsite events. The ideal candidate brings experience recruiting for sales roles and is comfortable navigating the health plan industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen qualified candidates for health plan positions with a focus on sales roles.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit for sales and health plan-related roles.
- Source and conduct first round interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring teams and management.
- Maintain accurate candidate records using Oracle Taleo or similar ATS.
- Participate in onsite recruiting events in NYC as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support hiring goals within the health plan sector.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience recruiting for sales positions preferably in the health plan or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Oracle Taleo or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational skills to manage candidate pipelines and interview scheduling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate and leader interactions.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional onsite events in NYC.
- Prior experience in a temp or contract recruiting role is a plus.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9 am-6 pm with availability for onsite events; temporary assignment duration to be determined.
The hourly rate is $45.
