Position Overview

We re seeking motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as Insurance Agents. This is more than a sales job it s a pathway to entrepreneurship. You ll receive free training full mentorship and all the tools you need to build and run your own insurance business.

Responsibilities

Educate clients on insurance and financial protection solutions
Build long-term relationships with individuals families and businesses
Customize coverage plans to meet client needs and goals
Manage your schedule appointments and follow-ups
Mentor and coach new agents once you advance in your career
Contribute to a collaborative and uplifting team culture

Qualifications

Driven coachable and self-motivated
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping others
Must be 18 and able to pass a background check
Willingness to obtain state insurance license (assistance provided)

Successful candidates will possess: Sales experience is a plus but not necessary. Hunter sales acumen; goal driven and self-motivated. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Strong written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills required. Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving skills and highly detail orientation (ability to follow-up). Valid driver s license and clean driving record with reliable transportation.
