Job Description
Full-Time On-Site
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the installation of plants trees sod mulch and other landscape materials
Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers trimmers blowers and edgers safely and efficiently
Maintain lawns gardens and other outdoor spaces by mowing edging pruning fertilizing and watering
Perform seasonal landscape tasks such as leaf removal snow removal and irrigation adjustments
Follow project plans work orders and safety protocols
Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and stored properly
Provide friendly and professional service to clients while on-site
Work Environment
Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Standing bending lifting up to 50 lbs and operating equipment for extended periods
Requirements
Previous landscaping or groundskeeper experience preferred but not required
Ability to operate hand tools and landscaping equipment
Physical ability to perform outdoor manual labor in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation to job sites
