What to Expect
On a daily basis for the Healthcare Evaluation Providers Program Agents will focus on engaging with health plan members through outbound calls playing a key role in scheduling In-Home Health Evaluations and answering member questions ensuring high-quality service and care. Be the heart of the Healthcare Evaluation Providers Program when it comes to member interactions and satisfaction.
Responsibilities include the following:
Outbound Calls: You will make outbound calls to health plan members to schedule In-Home Health Evaluations.
Scheduling: You will arrange and coordinate the scheduling of the evaluations.
Member Communication: You will answer member questions and provide support.
