David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Sales Representative to join their offices in Valencia.

Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with warm leads to understand needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
- Effectively communicate with prospects and clients via phone email and other channels in a professional and positive manner.
- Qualify incoming inquiries and convert them into successful sales opportunities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets contributing to overall team success.
- Adapt to new tools processes and systems while identifying creative solutions to challenges.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in English with good proficiency in both oral and written.
- Proven ability to drive sales and close deals (previous sales experience is an advantage).
- Strong communication interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Highly motivated results-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible adaptable and a quick learner when it comes to new technologies and processes.
- Work schedule: 5 days per week (MondaySaturday) shifts between 8:00 AM 8:00 PM.
