Job Description

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Sales Representative to join their offices in Valencia.

Position: Sales Representative

Location: Valencia Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with warm leads to understand needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
  • Effectively communicate with prospects and clients via phone email and other channels in a professional and positive manner.
  • Qualify incoming inquiries and convert them into successful sales opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets contributing to overall team success.
  • Adapt to new tools processes and systems while identifying creative solutions to challenges.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Native/fluent in English with good proficiency in both oral and written.
    • Proven ability to drive sales and close deals (previous sales experience is an advantage).
    • Strong communication interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Highly motivated results-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
    • Flexible adaptable and a quick learner when it comes to new technologies and processes.
    • Work schedule: 5 days per week (MondaySaturday) shifts between 8:00 AM 8:00 PM.
