Job Description

Our client a top regional law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with 3 to 6 years of litigation experience to join its Nashville office. While prior IP litigation experience particularly trademark is preferred it is not required.

Ideal candidates will have experience with:

Arguing motions managing discovery and taking/defending depositions

Drafting complex briefs and analyzing sophisticated legal issues

Trial preparation and case strategy development

Additional qualifications:

Excellent communication and persuasive writing skills

Strategic analytical and highly organized with the ability to manage a busy docket

Strong academic credentials

Licensed to practice in Tennessee or eligible for admission by waiver or exam

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team and work on high-level IP litigation matters in a growing office.
