We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly experienced Escrow Officer to join our growing team at Superior PLUS Realtors. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of escrow procedures title practices and compliance regulations ensuring seamless closings for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the escrow process from opening to closing.
- Review purchase agreements contracts and title documents to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with buyers sellers real estate agents lenders and attorneys to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Prepare settlement statements escrow instructions and required documents.
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local regulations.
- Handle disbursement of funds and balance escrow accounts.
- Maintain accurate records and provide updates to all parties throughout the transaction.
- Resolve issues or discrepancies quickly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Escrow Officer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of escrow title and real estate processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in escrow/title software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- State-required Escrow Officer license or certification (if applicable).
