Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Administrative Clerk to join our this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational time management and communication skills and will be able to work independently.
Requirements
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
Maintain and update company databases and records.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Provide general support to visitors and clients.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Required Skills
- Excellent organizational time management and communication skills.
- Ability to use word processing applications and document management software with a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
- Working knowledge of basic bookkeeping.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
