Job Description: Remote Email Response Specialist
Location: United States (Remote)
Compensation: $25 - $33 per hour
Reporting Structure: Reports to Email Response Manager
Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Email Response Specialist to join our team at FXBC Mid North Coast. As a key member of our email response team you will be responsible for efficiently and effectively responding to customers inquiries and concerns via email. This remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to address customer inquiries and concerns
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Update and maintain email response templates and resources
Requirements
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in customer service or email response preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email management software
