Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $56000$64600 (based on experience)
- Sign-on bonus to celebrate your arrival
- 7 paid personal days annually

Your Day-to-Day
As our Math Teacher youll:
- Teach high school math courses aligned with Colorado standards
- Develop engaging lessons and activities that promote conceptual understanding and mastery
- Use Direct Instruction models (Madeline Hunter I do we do you do) to ensure strong student outcomes
- Build a positive safe and focused classroom environment rooted in professionalism and respect
- Incorporate Teach Like a Champion techniques to drive engagement and maintain high expectations
- Track and analyze student progress communicate with families and collaborate with colleagues to ensure success

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Colorado Secondary Math LicenseOR36 credit hours in MathORpassing score on PRAXIS Mathematics Exam
- Experience with Direct Instruction and Teach Like a Champion methods preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Previous teaching or relevant work with youth preferred
