We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing this role you will be the first point of contact for customers addressing inquiries troubleshooting issues and ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. This position requires strong communication skills problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.

  • Provide accurate information guidance and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues.

  • Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams when necessary.

  • Document customer interactions and feedback to improve processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.

  • Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude at all times.


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

  • Previous experience in customer support or client-facing roles.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic technical troubleshooting.
