We re in search of a driven and seasoned Senior Litigation Associate to elevate our litigation team. You will handle significant case responsibilities working alongside partners in developing legal strategies managing key client relationships and leading trial preparation. This role is ideal for a lawyer ready to demonstrate advanced litigation proficiency and leadership.
Develop and execute comprehensive litigation strategies under guidance from partners.
Draft and review sophisticated pleadings motions briefs and other litigation-related documents.
Oversee discovery including interrogatories document production depositions and expert coordination.
Conduct substantive legal research and apply findings to build strong case theories.
Manage case timelines ensuring all filings and hearings meet procedural deadlines.
Lead trial preparation: compile exhibits prepare witnesses assist with trial presentations and strategize courtroom advocacy.
Collaborate closely with co-counsel experts clients and internal teams to drive case momentum.
Mentor junior associates and paralegals providing guidance and helping elevate overall team performance.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction.
Typically 4 7 years of civil litigation experience including exposure to complex trial work.
Strong writing analytical and courtroom advocacy skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage cases with professionalism and judgment.
Leadership qualities with the capacity to guide others and build collaborative relationships.
High level of accountability resilience under pressure and dedicated work ethic.
