Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Rep / Data Entry Operator in the Education Management industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and accurately entering data into our systems.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately enter customer information and orders into our database
- Assist customers with product information pricing and order status
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Skills:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM software a plus
