Job Description

Our client a prestigious Am 100 law firm is currently seeking a Corporate Mining to join their team. This role requires a minimum of seven years of experience ideally with a focus on advising mining clients through complex transactions and regulatory proceedings. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with attorneys in the Energy & Natural Resources business unit.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding academic credentials be actively involved in the community and have excellent interpersonal skills. They should also demonstrate a proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively deliver under pressure and articulate clear legal strategies. Strong judgment and a proactive dynamic approach are essential.

Applicants must hold an active bar license in the state of the office/location they are applying to.
