Our team is looking for a dynamic strategist and problem-solver to analyze HR metrics and derive data-driven narratives for key stakeholders. The Firmwide Analytics Director role will support the Firmwide discipline in ensuring the timely and effective delivery of analyses to senior Firm leadership as well as partner with various functions to develop reports that advise on business and talent strategy.

At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelors degree in Human Resources Data Science Statistics Economics analytical or quantitative business or a related field

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $90000 and $155000 per year at the commencement of employment. However base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package which depending on the position may also include commission earnings incentive compensation discretionary bonuses other short and long-term incentive packages and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
