Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The SDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads initiating conversations with prospective clients and supporting the sales pipeline. Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calls emails and online research
Qualify leads and set appointments for senior sales team members
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Conduct product and company presentations when necessary
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align outreach strategies
Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and conversion goals
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field preferred
1 year of experience in sales customer service or lead generation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with high energy and motivation
Comfortable using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
