Job Description
Link Solutions Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Quantico VA.

- Must have an active Secret DoD Clearance
- Non-remote (relocation incentive available)
Our Project Manager will support the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Program under the Marine Corps Cyberspace Operations Group (MCCOG). This role will manage a large team providing information technology services across a breadth of technologies and services supporting our customers. It is a leadership role in a fast-paced environment requiring knowledge and expertise in IT operations and relevant Army policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide program oversight technical direction and personnel management for a team supporting DoD/NSS PKI systems.
- Serve as the main point-of-contact for the USMC customer including scheduling and conducting Kick-off Meetings In-Progress Reviews (IPRs) and Quarterly Meetings.
- Lead project execution budget tracking and resource allocation.
- Ensure deliverables such as the Project Management Plan (PMP) Transition-In/Out Plans and audit reports are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional support across Registration Authority (RA) Network Operations Implementation & Planning Cybersecurity and other functional areas.
- Support all contract modifications status tracking and compliance reporting.
- Travel may be required up to 15% including support for audits or on-site technical activities at CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Qualifications :
- U.S. Citizen
- Active Secret DoD Clearance with SCI eligibility
- Bachelors degree in a management-related field
- Ten (10) years of general project/program management experience
- Demonstrated experience managing DoD IT-related projects with teams of 40 or more personnel
- Understanding of DoD/NSS PKI operational and technical requirements
- Experience with contract and performance management in a classified environment
- Experience leading programs of 30 technical staff.
Certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- IAT Level III Certification (CompTIA Security CE CCNA Security Training CySA GICSP GSEC CISSP) equivalent or higher
Preferred:
- Experience supporting government contracts.
- Experience in information technology that includes areas such as desktop hardware operating systems office productivity software computer networking Local Area Network (LAN)/Wide Area Network (WAN) servers SharePoint virtual machines and video teleconferencing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Able to multitask prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Accurate and precise attention to detail.
Additional Information :
This position is contingent upon the successful acquisition of the government contract and the completion of ongoing negotiations. We anticipate these processes will be completed within the next 2 months at which time interviews and offers will be extended upon successful contract award.
