Job Description:
- Design develop and execute performance load and stress tests using LoadRunner and or Apache JMeter
- Analyze test results and identify system performance bottlenecks scalability issues and reliability concerns
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (development architecture and infrastructure) to define performance requirements and test strategies
- Create detailed test plans scripts and scenarios to simulate real-world usage
- Monitor and evaluate application performance across integrated systems such as:
- IAM systems (e.g. authentication/authorization flows)
- Middleware platforms (e.g. ATOM)
- Payment gateways and transaction-heavy services
- Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to optimize system performance and scalability
- Provide performance tuning recommendations at applications middleware and database levels
- Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of performance testing experience with a strong focus on LoadRunner and JMeter
- Responsible for all the performance testing deliverables.
- Coordinate with Development Team for Defect fixes.
- Assist in tracking and reporting status of the overall testing activity to Stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics monitoring tools and analysis techniques
- Strong coding skills using one of the languages such as C Java or at least one modern language.
- Experience in testing the application(s) developed and deployed in IAM integrations middleware platforms like ATOM and Payment Gateway flows
- Strong understanding of web services (REST/SOAP) APIs and database performance
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating performance tests into automated workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
