Job Title: Help Desk Technician (DOE-F)
Job Summary: : EMCOR Government Services is seeking a Help Desk Technician in Washington DC. The Helpdesk technician provides customer service and resolution to clients who submit service work orders for deficiencies in the building. This position oversees Maximo a database for service work orders and maintenance reports.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide support to CMMS Admins
- Provide customer support to clients who schedule service work orders
- Support dispatching and administering work orders to facility personnel ( mechanics engineers etc.)
- Maintain current work order tracker and pull data from CMMS to organize important information
- Review and examine work orders for completion and status
- Run system reports for open and competed work orders
Qualifications:
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of experience in data base management/entry
- Minimum two years in Quality Control Management
- Proficient in data entry
- Meticulous and detailed oriented
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
Bonus Skills:
- Emergency Management Training

The below requirements are needed to effectively carryout job duties. Reasonable accommodations may be provided.
